I will.

I have abnormally large hands though, so it'll depend on hand size I imagine. My hand measures 10 1/4" from tip of thumb to tip of pinky.

Holy crap. I wear L-XL gloves and just measured mine at 8.5"
Please don't share any more dimensions of your appendages.
We might leave here with a few self-esteem issues. lol!

Got most of my Black Friday plunder. Still missing my Geissele parts and waiting for the 8” 300blk barrel to come back in stock.

Hide your wives.... Kidding.

When I got to college I switched from QB to FS and had a hell of a time with gloves. I wore XXLs; the XXXLs were just a tad loose. But I went through at least one pair a week because they were borderline too small and the end seams would bust out.

I’m 6’3 and my hand measures 9.5 inches.

Here’s a nice review for those interested.

I like my five seven, but even after putting in an aftermarket trigger it still has a long pull and long reset. With the round being so fast and flat using a reflex sight is useless to zero it at 10 feet or pushing it out to 50 feet. And running suppressed throws the rounds around you can't hit anything with it outside of 15 feet......

Maybe it ain't that good of a pistol LOL

I shot the Five-Seven yesterday. I was not a fan. It's a 'neat' gun, but not really practical for anything. I'll stick with my 45s and 9s.

I have a Sig P220 40th Anniversary in my nightstand with a TLR-1 on it.

This is really bumming me out. I was going to buy this sometime soon... but I never shot one. I was going to get it as a novelty pistol, but I don't want a wast a grand or more on something I'm not gonna like.

I'm going to have to find someone who has a rental I can try.

Luckily the pre-owned market is the same as the new...so you wouldn't be out much.

I just wasn't a fan at all. The trigger was terrible. Didn't like the balance of the gun. The front-to-back width of the grip was slightly uncomfortable. The mag release was terrible.

At the end of the day, it would be a fun plinker pistol, if ammo was $0.10-0.15 a round. But I won't be buying one any time soon.

A quick comparo between my P210 and X5 at 25 meters (seated, slow fire) using XTP handloads. Had one flyer for each D'OH. Yes dropped a grip screw on the X5 but luckily it was hiding in the case.

Got my new VZ grips in today. I think I've got this old Colt like I want it now. Drop in Wilson Combat beavertail with palm swell to replace the duckbill grip safety, longer Wilson thumb safety, 10-8 u-notch rear sight, Smith and Alexander mag guide/mainspring housing, lightened trigger to 4.5 lbs. Ready to rumble.

Thanks. It was my old mans'. He had bought it new shortly before he died in 1995 to replace his dad's 1917 issue 1911 that granddad carried in Belgium during WWI. That one was stolen from the house in a burglary maybe 50 years ago.
Me and my dad shoot and enjoy the hobby together. It’s great father son bonding.
Such a shame that some lunatic stole that gun. What a treasure to have owned.
