Man I detest Glocks. But understand they are awesome and reliable. Besides I really wanna put this against the Beretta 92 since one replaced the other.

Ha ha. Its all good. I know where you are coming from. I used to feel the same wsy.

At this point in my life, you couldnt gift me a 320 to take the place of glock at full price.

My P320/M18 w/Romeo1 Pro, and P365 w/Romeo Zero. Maybe put 50 rounds through the M18. I like it. It's really a P320 I guess. The P320/M18 came with a 17/21 rnd mags, $670. Looks like they've come down a bit in price. Places like Cabela's also offer a Veteran discount. The Romeo1 Pro also came with a black shroud, which I opted to leave in the box.

Not sure what/if anything has changed over the past couple years, but to get the colored matched takedown, slide catch, and safety, you had to purchase the commemorative edition. M18 is Marines duty weapon. M17 is Army duty weapon, just longer barrel than M18.

Yep! How do you like the optic (Romeo1 Pro)? Would like to shoot with one of those….

If Mike likes it, please run with his opinion. I just don't put enough rounds down range to provide a "good" review. Mike does.

FWIW, I'll try and get pics of both RD's from the shooters perspective.

Its just an absolute WORK-HORSE of a gun. It is the Mustang 5.0 of the gun world.

19X and 45 are my most liked Glocks. This size and configuration is fantastic.

Everyone I talk to hates it and wishes they had done a G17 Slide on a G19 Grip.

I very much like the 19, but for an all out situation / duty, Id choose the 19X or 45. I have experience with a 34, which by many, is highly regarded as the go to competition glock. Longer sight radius. Less recoil, more accurate, etc.

Id still chose a 19X, 45 and even a 19 before a 34. I have not had much experience with a 17, so I cant speak on the 17.

What you are describing is either a 17 with the grip chopped off to 19 length or a glock 47. I hear of people liking that combo a lot, but that is for conceal carry. That combo would have no benefit as an all out gun / duty gun.

The dimensions of the 19X / 45 just work for my hand. It wasnt always like that, i had to force it, but now, my hand mates to it perfectly. I would have it no other way.

almost ALMOST ended with one of those… 320 X carry… they were tough to find at the time… sweet piece indeed… glad it didnt work out for me… blessing in disguise…. How do you like the optic? Have you had experience behind SROs, DPPs or even RMRs?

Which glocks do
you own?
