guys with fuel pressure gauge in here quick ?

What is your fuel pressure at idle. I am a blown 4v and show 29psi. i heard it's supposed to show 39psi. Not sure what could be wrong. I have mixed opinions on this.

I guess it really doesnt make any difference what you have at idle. some have 25 at idle, but produce 55+ at WOT. Thanks for all you help guys. Keep it coming.
