I was finally able to take my auto LS2 C6 to the track on good tires allowing me to set a new personal best of 11.4 @123mph. The build is pretty simple:
- Advanced Induction ported stock (799) heads
- VaraRam intake
- Unported FAST 92 intake manifold
- Spartan LSX spec'd Cam Motion cam
- Texas Speed headers and x-pipe
- C6Z Borla S-Type axlebacks
- C6Z differential
- 275/40R17 Toyo TQs
It made 425whp & 357lb/ft on Vengeance Racing's Dynojet and 395whp & 387lb/ft on a Mustang Dyno. On to the results!

I'm really happy with how consistent the set-up is. I have a few more mods lined up and am hoping to break 125mph in cool, dry weather.

Nice runs especially for the HP. Do you know race weight?

Thanks, I was pretty eager to see the weight as well but the track’s scale was supposedly off last night. Will try again next outing.

Great work for such simple setup

I thought about adding a blower and meth, but love how simple everything is right now. Not to mention the cost lol.

KISS...keep it simple stupid. Sometimes it's just easier to go with "simple" combos and reap the benefits. Your 60' can be better too. Lower 11s with ease. Awesome work.

Being auto a good stall would do wonders for your 60' times.

In the plans already haha. Switching to a ported FAST 102 intake manifold and a Nick Williams 102 throttle body trying to trap 125mph this racing season. Going for solid 10s next season with a Yank converter (and maybe a bigger cam).
