The fabric will likely be stained forever. You can clean it for use where your not getting dirty. I do have a steam cleaner for our floors that has a smaller attachment for car seats. The steam just makes it cleaner than warm water. You should try some oxy clean dab on a rag then apply (soak) to the stain. let sit for 2 hours. then clean with soap and water, let it dry. Then finish with the steam cleaner just water and then let it dry.

Also, for sure the foam underneath got soaked with oil its going to need to be replaced, it cant be cleaned even if the seat cover was taken off. thats pretty easy to fix.

That's a tough one if the oil had been leaking onto the seat for an extended time. Of course, worse comes to worse you could do a rear seat delete. Problem solved. This one is pretty cool.
