Cool car and at one time they were going for over $200000. I have a friend that used to work on them back in the 60s and he said they only ran mid 12s stock. The dealership that he worked for sold more of them than any other dealer and I think they were less than $3000.
They only reason they are so much money is because of the "storied history" of those cars .
I was 12 in 1964....
My dad took me to work(Ford dealer ship... of course) to see one in the body shop that had come off the trailer on the NY state thruway.............WOW!!!----> I was hooked for life!!!!!
