HID Fog Light Bulbs

I have a 99 cobra with hids on my foglights I ordered them from ddm tuning the bulb number to use is 880

Did you guys go with the 35w or 55w setup? Ive been looking at getting a set and the ddm units seem to be a really good deal..

35w for the fogs, headlights can be either 35w or 55w.

anyone with the cobra fogs does your housing get hot? i got the ddm 35w kit. with the bigger (raptor) ballast and they got super hot. i used a digital thermometer and it was around 250deg. after only 1-2 min.. the headlights are no where near that hot.

Just switch to LED fogs.

I might go this route as well.
