You can have those same stripes for less than $10. Just tape off the places you want the matte black stripes, then plastidip them on. Two or three coats later and you will have matte black stripes that you can easily peel off when you are sick of them. My buddy with his camaro just blackout out his lower painted splitter with plastidip. Came out great.

It is as permanent as you leave it. And you can get it from Home Depot and Ace Hardware.
