How did your ears ring after loud exposure?

I went to a bar where the wait stuff songs with a band. And my ears hurt for days!!!! I had a headache and it was not from the booze. I told the wife never again!!

My buddy inherited a 30-30 lever action saddle gun and we took it up to his brothers ranch to shoot it.

That thing was the loudest gun I have ever heard and neither one of us was wearing protection.

We figured out that someone had re-chambered it after we notice all the brass was splitting.

That was more than 12 years ago and both ears are still ringing.

Be careful out there.

I get the ringing on and off, been that way for a few years...I find it is much worse if I focus on it, try to tune it out/ignore it...

hmm my ears only rang for about 10min after i was dumb and shot my mosin nagant with no ear protection
