How do i change the wording above my avatar. I think after a 100 posts i am no longer a rookie poster.

Click "user cp", then click "Edit Profile". Scroll down until you see "Custom User Text:" and type what you want. I believe you need at least 150 posts before that option becomes available.

That's correct. 150 posts and you have to be registered for a minimum of 30 days.
