I know you can measure timing on our vehicles with tuning software, but I'm wanting to know if I can measure it with a timing light. I see the marks on the crank pulley, but I don't know how to measure it from there with coilpacks.

The only way is to datalog using a laptop, Xcal3 or another handheld tuner that has datalogging capability.

It would almost be impossible to use a timing light since you would need a post coil signal.

Use a laptop and data-log it, or pay someone that knows what he's doing to do your tuning. I would suggest the latter of the two.
