If you're posting an image that's already on the web you can do the following:

- Right click picture you want
- Access 'Properties'
- Copy URL address
- Paste URL address
- At the beginning of the URL address type [*img]
- At the end of the URL address type [*/img]
- EXAMPLE: [*img]www.webaddress.com[*/img]
- NOTE: Remove the *
