How much hp would my 97 cobra make? It has BBK cold air intake,BBK off road H-pipe,flowmaster delta 40s cat back,373 gears and SCT tune.

mine made a hair over 270 with a k&n, xpipe and a mail order tune.

It also made 270 after the new motor, with the same mods, but with a tad over 8.5:1 compression.

I got the tune from American Muscle Bama custom tuning.

Depends on the dyno. A Mustang dyno will read lower, and I'd say you'd make 250-255 on a Mustang dyno and 270-280 on a Dynojet.
