I bought my first Mustang, a 67 Coupe at age 16. I wrecked and rebuilt it several times. I finally cut it up for scrap. Since then, I have had 11 more Mustangs (including parts cars). My newest is a 2016 GT350 which sits beside my 70 Mach 1. I also have a 89 24 Hours of Lemons car and a 67 Coupe open track project.

Always loved the 5.0 fox body's but my parents thought I was too wild to own one and would get hurt. A little over a year of driving a base model s-10 they buckled and helped me trade it in on a 1997 black 4.6 mustang GT. First thing I did was save up $200 for a custom catless exhaust at the local exhaust shop. Drove it for probably a year before I got a ticket for excessive acceleration, loud exhaust, reckless driving and underage consumption by a minor. Left my friends house and obliged them for a burnout when I left. The nice police officer around the corner didn't appreciate it as much as my friends did since I lied and said it wasn't me that did it so he lit me up with tickets. Car was impounded and I never saw it again. Ended up with a v6 f150 after that lol. To be young again....

First car was a 1969 Mach 1. Bought it with my lawn mowing money. Loved that car. 351 Cleveland. I thought it was the baddest thing in the world.

All the brakes blew out, Dad sold it. He knew best but I loved that car.

Man... I was 15 when I had my first Mustang. Had a 1973 Mustang II. That car was a disaster. Had it for less than a year.

After near a decade later, I picked up a 1995 Cobra. Had that for less than a year. Felt like it was way over priced for what it was.

I had given up on Mustangs for another 10-11 years before I really got into them hardcore. When they came out with the S197, I feel in love with the look and the cars were priced pretty well. So I started buying some.

Since 2006, I have had...
2006 GT
2007 GT CS
2007 GT Premium
2011 GT500
2013 GT500
Three 2013 GT's
2016 GT350

I feel like picking up an old Fox to enjoy. I'd also like a Gen 1... we'll see how it goes.

Oddly enough ordered my GT when I was 30 and got it a few days after I turned 31.
I had my SB '04 lightning in July of 04 when I was 21. Never pulled over once in 10 years of driving it.
Within a month in the ///M Roadster I got stopped 100yards from my house for taking a 90° left corner, at the speed limit... Lol
My moms first car was a blue 66, her last was her mineral grey 14. Kinda fitting, but she was just 58... ****ing 2016!

19 (I think), 88 GT, and I still have it. With the other mustangs, barely drive it, but my wife jokes it will be my coffin.

I was 16 when my dad let me have his 1980 Mustang. Its 88hp 2.3L 4-cylinder engine was the stuff of legend. Blistering 0-60 and 1/4-mile times measured in mere minutes, all motor.

Got my '01 bullitt at the age of 15. I've had it ever since. I'll probably never get rid of it. Also have an '85 shell, but not sure if i'll keep it or what ill do with it. I won't be able to get to it for probably 5 years or so. Too much stuff up in the air to justify it.

I purchased my 1988 5.0 LX Hatchback at the local Ford dealership back in 1992 for $7,000.
It was a one owner car, with 40,000 kms (24, 854 miles).
This was my 1st car, and I still own it today (in signature).
I was 19 years old at the time.

30 years old, with my current Mustang. All my life the only American cars I owned were GMs with the exception of one Jeep. Never had a Ford before, but this is by far the most reliable domestic I've ever had and probably the most reliable car period I've had.
