I want to buy a dirt bike from the States but I do not want to pay taxes and duties at the boarder. Does anyone know how to avoid this? Could the seller declare that he is sending it to himself so he can ride it while he comes down to vacation?

Good luck with that one! You are still going to be taxed when you transfer title in Canada.

Canadian Customs will get their $$$$$ :pepper:

The thing about the dirt bike is that you do not need a title...
