How to buy a 03 Cobra computer

Any way to buy an 03 Cobra computer with the tune loaded in it? I know you could probably buy one from a wreckage, but any other way? How about cost, any idea?

I believe all PCM's are $425 without a core, or $265 with a core. These numbers are from about a year ago, however, so they may have risen.
