How to get the lettering off my LFP heat exchange

It's painted, right? Spray over it with aluminum colored paint...

That would be what I would do. It would be a task I would think to try to remove the letters. Be sure you don't have a lot of crap on the fins or the paint won't last long. Clean the outside as best as you can first.
