Hey all, I purchased an eaton supercharger and it came with the stock pulley but it is not installed on the blower.

It looks like it may of had one of the quick change hubs for an aftermarket pulley, and the seller just removed it prior to shipping.

Sorry if it's a dumb question but I just wanted to be sure here. Does the stock pulley just press right on over the shaft? It also has a bolt hole on the front of the shaft, but looking at other stock eatons there is no bolt holding the pulley on they are flush. So what goes in the threaded hole?

Thank you!

The stock pulley is a press fit. You can use an arbor press for the job or companies like BilletFlow make a tool for installing/removal of the supercharger pulley. The snout hole is threaded 8mm x 1.25, in 03 Ford used a bolt and in 04 they changed to a push pin to fill the hole; not required but cleans up the look. The threaded hole is used for the installing tool (aided with a tiny bit of grease or anti-seize) to press the pulley onto the snout shaft. Hope this helps.
