Hurst shifter handle fit Steeda shifter?

I have A Tremec 3550 transmission with A Steeda Tri-Ax shifter in my notchback and was wondering if anyone knows if the old school looking Hurst shifter handle with the rubber boot will fit the Steeda shifter. I have done A search online for this answer and cant seem to find anything. I have also called American Muscle to ask them and they were unsure if it would fit. Thanks for any help!

I believe all handles are interchangeable atleast for the years 79-04. I dont know about others.

Thanks, I forgot I had A UPR Rock Crusher shifter handle for the T5/T45 transmission and it bolted right on the Steeda base so I am assuming the Hurst handle will fit it.
