I already have an extra set of 1300s so definitely going to put them to use.
I’m really thinking 3.8 Whipple and done on this car. It doesn’t need much for my plans.

No noticeable different in weight savings:

Both lids with respective cores came in at 22ish pounds.

*NOTE* there was still SOME coolant in the stock core. How much weight that may have contributed idk. It was a very small amount.

Nice work OP! I just ordered the VMP lid, race intercooler and manifold a few days ago. Interested to hear your feedback on it all. My final mod list will be almost identical to yours.

Never heard of Shifteck until this thread. How did the off road mid pipes fit and how do you like them?

My heap

Good. Easy install.

Obnoxiously loud paired with the res delete in track mode.

I run it in sport and find it blissful.

Very nice! As my ‘22 is stock but my ‘14 is anything but I’m interested to hear your thoughts on the mods.
I can tell the ‘22 needs at least another 100hp.
E85, free flowing exhaust and mo boost.

Gotta head out of town for a bit, but when I get back hopefully I’ll have a tune lined up and will be able to report back some results.

I have a few variables going on right now so things are kinda in limbo. At least the mechanical parts done.

Totally agree, but some of that is "feeling" also. The 5.8 is such a torque monster while the coyote platform produces much higher in the rpm range.

Small update:

Finally got things squared away with PBD and fired the car up this morning.

I'm using the HP Tuners MPVI3 with the TDN app on the phone so PBD can send over encrypted tune files.

Base tune is loaded and I sent in the Idle and Rev logs.

Everything SEEMS good mechanically....

More to come when they shoot me back a revision so I can head to the next step.

Update:

Took the car for a spin today, did a quick data log. No issues. Car appears to run well. Haven’t stomped on it. Waiting till I get the word from PBD but I like how it feels so far.
