I had a problem of a wrong part received from RPM.

After several calls and e-mail complaints, they took the part back with no restocking fee. In fact, this was a hand-held SCT tuner. They have a policy of not taking ANY electronics back. I had to pay return shipping (~$9)

It was several calls and e-mails, but I didn'nt pay the fee.

It is up to you if you want to invest in the complaint time............

*update*

Well I guess L.L. made a call and got some others from RPM Outlet involved. They PMed me and are trying to work out a solution. So long as this all gets cleared up I'll be a happy camper.
