id1000 top hats where?

I bought a set of id1000's, but they did not come with the top hats for the coyote. Where can I get these at?

I was gonna buy them from him originally, but a used set popped up and figured I'd save a buck.... Not knowing the gt500 ones don't use the top hat...lesson learned. I pm him.
