Ideal Upper and Lower controll arm set up??

Well im looking to do more with my suspension i have H&R SS lowering springs with strange 10 way adjustable shocks and struts and of course caster camber plates in the front but im looking to do upper and lower controll arms in the back what are som setups you guys have done im just curious or what sounds like a good combo?

What kind of driving?
Street, drag, open track?

Good lowers stock uppers unless you want to spend more $$ for a better set up.
Uppers without rubber bushings will create bind and rip up lower bushings if not done right.

I would get some weight jackers for the lowers. MM or J&M.
stock uppers if you are not drag racing on slicks. done! But before that I would want sub-frame connectors. Maybe grab some coil-overs for the front then you can adjust all 4 corners of the car. You could have the best of both worlds and any ride height you want.

Right on well im doing lots of street driving and soon to be track when i get the rest of my setup done but i was def thinking about coil overs for the front i wasnt sure about the upper controll arms so yah i was looking at the MM lowers and i need to put my sub frame conectors on for sure
