Idiot runs from cops, rolls his car and takes out our fence

So we got a call at midnight a few nights ago from the cops saying that our fence had been damaged by a guy running from the cops, if you watch the video he comes in way too hot and then goes full Ricky Bobby, judging by how fast he left the vehicle im guessing he is ready to send it again. Notice how long it takes for the cops to get there, not much of a chase..

I remembered it also. Where the cops taking it easy. A P71 isn't out running many vehicles.
