How about a 50's Ford business coupe?

There's lots you can do with them, they're simple and easy, and I've never seen one with as much get up and go as a supercharged modular.

Ford Galaxie (a bunch of different models to choose from)

I've seen some very tasteful renditions and I would love to have one myself.

I don't think I've seen a 3 or 5 window coupe with a Mod motor in it (I've never really looked though) but I think that would be KILLER. With these hot rods there are endless options of what you can do to make it your own.

Anyone know what year the blue Galaxie is? I've come back to this thread 4-5 times to just look at it....

How about a '64 Lincoln Continental?
It's a heavy car, but I've always wanted one since seeing Goldfinger.
Not sure if the Cobra drivetrain could be used in the Lincoln, but it would be an awesome project car.

:bowdown::bowdown: That would be so amazing of a project...

My picks would be....

Merkur (These came with the 2.3T same as the SVO Fox, so a 4.6 should be a relatively bolt in deal*)

*I really have no idea how well it would fit. But it would be a cool car.

Or

61-66 pickup

If you think you want to use a Continental, I believe my grandpa still has both a convertible and hardtop '61 Lincoln Continentals. PM if you want and I can see what I can find out.

I had a '67 Ford F100 SWB in highschool and did a 351W swap into it. Sold it shortly after and have been dreaming of doing another one.

I'm pretty sure it's a 66 or a 67 and I'm leaning more toward 67. I know, it is an absolutely beautiful car

Well, nobody mentioned it, so how about a Gran Torino...

I'm sticking with:
Galaxie
3 or 5 Window Coupe
Business Coupe
Second Gen F Series (53-56 F100)

I do like the idea of an LTD LX but I wouldn't put a mod motor in it; big block would be a must for me

I want one of those BAD! My wife asked what I would do with it...I would put a toll tag on it and drive it every day that's what!

I thought someone posted a link about a 60s Lincoln with a Terminator drivetrain.

I think the bullet nose Ford is a great idea.

The blue Galaxy is a 67. I have one like it but red and stock. I would love to mod mine like that.

It would be one mean sleeper and I like the boxy lines.

I like your train of thought, and actually thought about doing a sleeper car like this, but there is actually some around here that are too similar.
