Who has reused their CAC (i/c) to mid-plate gasket and TTY bolts?
I know they say to replace them, but who has reused them all with no problems?

When I pulled the Eaton for a cleaning of the inter cooler, I re-used them, the metal gasket & Carbon one. I ran it for 12K after that until I installed the KB, Never had an issue.

My gasket had to be replaced...it seperated when I took the I/C off the midplate
I got a replacement but it didnt even need to be replaced
Anybody got a picture of that gasket, what's it made of?

I can take one for you right now if you really need it.....it's a carbon material and I would say that if it's not damaged then you could probably reuse it. Mine was damaged so I replaced it. As for the bolts...I'd replace them no matter what everybody who has reused them says. They are TTY for a reason IMHO
