Installing 03 Splitter

I just got my 03 splitter today....
It does not come with any screws, all it has is double sided tape.
That cannot be all that holds it on the bumper is it? Has anyone installed one on there car? How did you mount it?

Do you have the style that fits over the bumper or the one that attached under it? I know Steeda has the two styles. The first uses the original quick release Dzus fastener mounts.

mine does not have the fastener mounts.
