when someone describes a supra and its a BPU what does that mean?

basic part upgrade

Or "basic power upgrades". I think specifically for a Supra it's turbo back, chip, boost controller, and maybe a tune? There's probably other stuff, but it's the basic bolt-ons that get them in the 400+ range without swapping turbos.

finally, if you want to really get into the whole internet culture and learn where a lot of this stuff originates, go take a look at 4chan. Before you do, make sure there are no kids around, you're not at work, and you can take more than a few shocks. It's a place where anything goes, from gore to hentai to the quickly banned child porn posters, and more often than not it's just a bunch of useless crap, but every now and then some gem will surface(such as the lolcat/caturday pictures of a cat and some funny saying). I highly suggest you read a few things about 4chan before visiting, because it's not for everyone, or anyone really. Before any of you /b/tards goes off spouting 'rules 1 & 2 ******', stfu no one cares about your stupid rules.
