Okay I have the good pulley puuler after buying one of those junks. I have everything for the job of installing a 2.80 but is it a two man job every picture I have seen there is two people? One more thing I got a Apten chip tuned to my cars code will I need to send the chip back after I install the 2.80 pulley? Or will there tune do okay with just a 2.80 pulley?

some people can do it alone...but it's alot easier with a friend to help.

You should send the chip back for a re-burn for the new pulley since it's tuned for the stock pulley. As long as you stay out of making any positive pressure in the intake then you should be fine. I'm sure it probably wouldn't run you too lean, but better safe than sorry.
The pulley is ok to do by yourself, but having a friend around to give you a hand might make it alittle quicker.
