Is there a strut tower bar that clears cj mani without mods?

I've done a few searches already and haven't really found anything definitive on the subject. I know some lower their motors to clear the boss bar. Any other manufacturers make one specific?

No, the Boss has a recess to allow for a STB, so nothing is really going to fit the CJ without some sort of modification.

Boss brace works but you need Prothane or Steeda motor mounts to drop 1/2".

I saw some people put a couple small washers and use the stock boss one.

I believe Breen Speed may have a custom brace that will clear it. I saw the prototype being tested by the manufacturer about a year ago. It should be on the market by now.

Most likely not. I felt no difference with the bar off the car.

A lot of cars racing in World Challenge run without the brace with no ill effects.
