So I have a list of things i plan to do to my car over this winter. My basic question is about the placement of jack stands. I do not have flsfc's. Where, if any, are good places to place the jack stands on the car? They will be on the stands for a while. Thanks

Depends on what you are planning on doing.

Front lower control arms, K-member, IRS support structure, rear lower control arms.

Basically just not on any thin sheet metal parts.

The owner's manual shows small cutouts on the pinch welds along the lower side skirts for jack stands. I'd personally like to get the Kenny Brown Extreme Matrix kit that has the jacking rail welded along those pinch welds.
