That would be smart, as all engines have some kind of break in period. And if you plan on keeping it for years you will be happy you patiently took the time to break the engine in. Some folks on here only keep a car a year or two and therefore do not have to worry about properly breaking in an engine...lol. But I'm hanging on to mine!
