Just wondering, anyone still using the Motorcraft FL820S filter on their Terminator?

I use FL-820s on both my mod motor vehicles (the Cobra and the Lincoln Town Car).

Regular 820s here or Amsoil. Change oil once a year. Spin it to 7k on the drag strip for years.

Yep, and even cheaper on Rock Auto. Factory stuff is great, but there are better options out there. This is the premier filter on the market.

I know WIX makes good stuff. I have on my Buick too. Is this XP series their top of the line?

Defiantly, you can't go wrong with Motorcraft products. I also only use Motorcraft full synthetic oil.

I think it used to be if it had the bypass or not. It’s been almost 20 yrs but I only used Motorcraft and remember the cheap ones didn’t have the bypass/check valve.

I’d assume top of the line for any company will now but Wix linked above is top shelf.
Changing it regularly is the most important but for cars that sit like Cobras I think it’s worth the effort.
