Should be serviced. Possible damage during shipping and hopefully it was insured so the package value can pay for repair. It should not have that slop in it and the front gear case and snout should be serviced at Kenne Bell.
There is a plastic coupler that should be replaced at the first sign of play. I see way too much and the coupler could have partially disintegrated and could have ended up in the bearings. I would pull the drive and send it to Kenne Bell for inspection.

Glad we worked it out. It's shity since that blower was only a year old with a few thousand miles. I'm going to send a video of my 3.6 to KB and make sure it's good since it didn't sounds right on start up
