No tune required? How?... unless it doesn't allow any more air in than the stock TB??
On stock or near stock cars no body has reported any gains or charts that I have seen. The one review that American Muscle has of this throttle body isn't promising, that guy had a revised tune for the TB also.

It doesn't require a tune. However, to see any real gains from these, you'll need to get a tune for it.
By bolting it on and doing nothing else, we've seen like 2-3 horsepower. Not much. But with tuning, we've gotten the gains up to 10 horsepower.
What do the gains look like in a blower car with a tune? Just curious if it's even worth it.
On a blower car, it's just a few hp more. If I remember correctly, it was around 12 hp.

No. On a completely stock car. Throttle Body added after car was tuned prior. The difference was just shy of 10 rwhp with tuning. There was no torque gain.
does this fit the BOSS manifold?
Check out the new Kenne Bell TB in the new 5.0 Mag. I think it's a 168 MM. Lots of Air for their new Blowers....
Yes. This is a stock TB that is bored and a new throttle blade installed.
for real?! i could bore mine myself with a dremel, but the throttle plate i would have issues with
they use a stock housing but bored out with a different larger blade
That is a true story. The L&M Throttle Body is a Stock OEM Throttle Body bored slightly with a new blade installed in the unit. It has the factory electronics and gears.
Call and talk with Fred or Chuck. They will get it resolved. :rockon:
