Makes sense seeing that the ZR1 isn't a 7.0

LS7, thin cylinder walls=not boost friendly.

I'm sure you can run 5ish lbs of boost but................

LS2+boost=win, well a better win that a NON built LS7 with boost.

I am in the process of doing suspension mods. HP mods are great but after doing the "driver mod" you will realize you have plenty of HP. Suspension mods include new sways and adj shocks (not coilovers). Next I am doing lighter wheels and 2pc rotors. Last on the list is CIA, cam, and headers. Headers and CIA alone is not worth it until you cam the car.
If you like forced induction, get the new TVS coming out. The block can withstand plenty of boost, easily more than enough for the street. Rods are OK too, Katech Racing has never failed a stock rod on modded engines, it's the pistons you need to worry about. Here is an interesting thread on the TVS coming out soon.
