Hermann: Since1964 is asking if we can just pull one o2 sensor for you to use as the "bung". Can you advise?

No Herman told me he wants a seperate bung welded in a spot that is easy to get to when car is not jacked up. The O2 sensors are all hard to get to when not jacked up.

I dropped my exhaust for the 10th time and welded a new bung in mine today ( make sure you chase threads after welding ).....getting ready

bung should be 18mm X 1.5 threads

I have to thank mark for getting everything handled on your end!! :bowdown: He really deserves dinner for organizing this guys!! :rockon: PLEASE MAKE SURE you have the bungs in the exhaust and use plenty of anti-seeze to make sure the threads are undamaged....you don't need to tighten up the bungs with 1,000 ft. lbs either! Just hand wrench tight works fine and allows for easy removal. One last thing for everyone getting tuned......you need to call me TODAY so I can get all the particulars of your cars so the starter tune can be made before i get there to speed up the tuning process. Any part you need for me to tune have to be ordered today of tomorrow so there is enough time for me to ship them to you, i am receiving a order of chips, cables and switches, ba-2400 mafs and excalibrators today so i will have anything you may need to tune with, thanks, hermann shop# 410-451-3790 Lets get this done today if possible! :beer:

I called hermans shop today twice and no call back I guess I will try back again tomorrow. This sucks because I still need to purchase an Xcal or Xcal2 from him. oh well hopefully I will get a call back tomorrow.

You can get the bungs and plugs at http://www.automotosports.com/diy_misc.asp but shipping time might get you. I'd start calling exhaust shops around the QC, but finding SS materials might be tough.
