Under WOT I can sometimes smell a bit of coolant and have had people behind me say they smell it too along with some droplets that may hit their windshields. Just recently re-installed my blower and lower intake, but am wondering if there are any common leaks from coolant under heavy load? Hoses or whatnot. Coolant level seems to be fine and no noticeable fluid loss in either I/C or engine coolant.

Did you install new o ring on tubes?
I had a coolant blowout from my intercooler reservoir one summer when doing a couple back-to-back WOT pulls. Coolant actually came out around the cap which was closed! I think my pump may not have been working at the time and the coolant got so hot that the plastic reservoir couldn't contain the pressure. I've since replaced my pump with a Jabsco and the reservoir with an aluminum one and haven't had another issue. That's at least something to check if you haven't already.
