Low mile 97 cobra

Hey guys, was just browsing through CL and found this gem for sale in the palm beach county subsection in FL. Not sure if that price coincides with the mileage or not but if someone is looking for a super low mileage cobra this looks to be the real deal. I'm pretty close by if anyone wants me to go check it out for them.

The pic of it sitting in a weed-infested lot with a dashboard 'sun shade' as opposed to in a nice climate controlled garage etc doesn't inspire buyer's confidence either...

This....is it just me, or is there some faded spots on the hood?

It looks like a 650 mile car on the inside but like a 80,000 mile on yhe outside.
