This is a 48min video and I don't expect everyone to watch the full video. However, I think it's important for everyone to watch at least the first 5-6 minutes of this video, and ALSO from 23:00-25:00 minutes. The man speaking is Lt. Col Dave Grossman, a retired army ranger and professor of psychology at West Point. He is a respected author and the author behind the popular writing On Sheep, Wolves, and Sheepdogs.
I think it's hard to find any flaws in his logic. He has been giving this presentation for year, this video is from March 2011.
