M122 Porting and Emissions

Will porting an M122 cause potential issues with Emissions testing? I'm In Cali and need to be in stock tune and OEM equipment to get through the PITA SMOG routine. They don't dyno here, just visual and a plug into the system to look for a non-OEM tuning. Any help/thoughts are appreciated-

Pauls High Performance in Southern Michigan did mine about 9 years ago. Ported the blower and elbow, polished the TB and provided the supporting parts. Tuner, CAI ,etc.
