Machine Shops in CT/Surrounding Areas?

Hey all, I'm looking for some recommendations for a machine shop in CT or near CT. I have a local one in mind but would definitely like to hear what other names come up. Engine is a 4.6 4v, would need the block machined and the bottom end put together.

Also, if anyone knows of a local-ish place that can port/clean up 4v cylinder heads as well please let me know. Was considering sending the heads to MMR for a stage 2 port job, etc. but I'm not crazy about the idea.

Hit up Nick (DSGWhippedSnake). He was having a bunch of motor work done recently, not sure his experiences with the shop the motor is at, but definitely worth asking.
