It had nothing to do steroid use, as he was in a car accident.

if it was a heart attack prior to the wreck then yes, steriod use could have been a contributing factor.

either way, it is a bummer.

Savage was driving his 2009 Jeep Wrangler when he veered across a concrete median ... through oncoming traffic ... and "collided head-on with a tree."
