Toyota definitely dominated much of the market overseas...the UK loves the Fiestas...but FORD power!! F-Series is the best selling truck again!
So according to this, there should be more Toyota Hilux's than almost anything else made?? I wish we had diesel Tacoma's in the states.
Nice. My bad bought 3 new ones in 4 years. :shrug: 1 got stolen, one his friend totaled, and one he totaled! Shitty car but awesome memories. That's the car I learned to drive with.
Volkswagen is defiantly doing something right.
I can't believe VW's sell so much. I've found those to be the biggest POS, so many things go wrong with them. And what the hell Canada, start buying more American cars. ;-)

Volkswagen has the world on lock. How does GM have such a big share of the world sales, but they are the ones needing government assistance?

I have a 98 golf. 2.0 4cyl 5spd. Other than needing a new o2 sensor and a clutch (182k miles on the clock) its rock solid. I probably need to change some hoses for maintenance, but its just awesome otherwise.
Best part, i bought it for 100 bucks.
Lol! A lot of the Hyundai models are actually made in the USA.
-Elantra is made in Montgomery, Alabama.
-Santa Fe is made in West Point, Georgia.
-Sonata is made in Montgomery, Alabama.
So we are buying American.

in mexico, VW has not sold 'vw clasico' for at least a decade. so some of the information on that map might be a little bit bogus
it's weird that the chinese buy VW? And VW number 1? must be a lot of gays on earth...
Willing to bet Ford is at 10-11% by 2020; if the world is still around after 2012.
