Does anyone make a procharger or a vortech kit for marauders. My dad bought an '03 recently and is interested in putting a supercharger kit on it but i havnt found any marauder specific kits so far.

Yep..
www.mercurymarauder.net then click on "forums" then got to vendors
reinhart automotive (vortech air to air or air to water)
F.I.T (procharger air to air)
There is also Trilogy motorsports with a roots style there.

I just figured I'd direct him toi the spot and let him decide.
But, I'm considering the Procharger setup for myself

or the Vortech setup

or the roots setup....

I'll decide in 3 months....

But I am getting one of them.

ALL of the available superchargers kits are great for the Marauder. And yes, the Trilogy does look like a factory install, no question. It is great having several choices.

can the stock bottom end of the marauder handle a roots blower?

From what I've heard they are pretty safe up to 450 rwhp. There are a lot of guys with 450-500+ rwhp who have had no problems as of yet, only time will tell. I will stay on the conservative side with 400-450 rwhp.
