That is ****ed up shit right there. Hope that guy gets canned and charged with animal cruelty. Then gets butt ****ed in prison, gets out and gets shot by some animal activist.

your forgetting this didn't happen in the USA, but Mexico.. I doubt that anything will happen to the LEO, and there definitely won't be any "animal cruelty" charges filed..
