Just thought I would post about the MGW handel that I installed. The install was easy enough, but when I did it, I used an isolator on either side of the shift handel. I set the handel to have it face backwards as much as it could and set the shift handel in place with the set screws. Drove the car today and WOW it made a big difference on nosie and vibration through the handel. Doesn't feel as ridge as the Tri-Ax handel but very postive and firm shifting. I think it feels better than the fatory one IMO. I also install the cobra knob from MGW, and I think it compliments it perfectly. To anyone in the market for a new handel give MGW a look won't be dissapointed for $70(handel and knob).

Thanks for the info but a thinner isolater would make it feel even more solid.
