MT 295/45's on 17x11 *pics..warning LS1 ;)

I've been waiting for these tires to hit the market and finally
found them at UPR. Anyway here are a few pics on 17x11's.
Some guys were busting my balls that 315's are the best but
these 295's (27" tall) are optimum for my combo.

Finally a pic! Looks like they will be wide enough for my 10.5" rears. How do these hook for you? I am seriously considering a set for my setup, as the nitto's do not hold up well to ~550rwtq.

As far as hooking...I run 11.teens on motor w/ a 6spd and
they seemed to hook pretty nicely on the street in 35* weather
