it was a modified 250 frame with a built 500 motor in it. He was pissed that he did not get the 360' mark. I guess he was hitting it in practice. But a 8 MPH head wind picked up. He was not able to hit the ramp speed he needed because it was cold(low 30's) here last night at the time of the jump.

That is nuts....I was just watching Trigger's jump at 277 the other day and was looking at how nuts that was. And I thought I was cool jumping tabletops at the local track when I was a kid...jeez

Supposedly the driver of the truck crashed hard and broke his back during a test jump, so it is postponed.

I heard that he had went 360 and some change on sunday night in practice, and wasnt clear if they were gonna use that as an official record, but for now I guess the 322 will stand.
