Dropped my car off at the shop yesterday to have them install the Hankook tires i got (discount tire direct ftw), MM caster camber plates, and a front end alignment of course. Tires are Hankook Ventus v12 Evos (235\45\17 front, 245\45\17 rear) and i LOVE them already with the little driving i have done today. They are better then my NT555s in every way so far besides for rain. Along with that my car came with some random Ford emblem on the front that used to light up at one time. Well one day while drying my car the face of it popped off. I didn't want to just glue it on or buy a new one, plus junkyards had 0 of them so i found TFBDesigns.com and got a vinyl overlay in any logo or color combination of my choice. I went with the OEM ford logo with a flat black back ground and silver logo. Still had to glue the emblem face on but what ever. For the car i just washed it off at my local do it yourself car wash and dried it. It turned out great because for some reason the Meguiars synthetic sealer wax i put on it 3 months ago is STILL on and doing a perfect job! The water still beads right off so i just finished with a quick spray wax.

Nothing special and I'm no photographer but enjoy anyway

What i got to look at for a few weeks

Wow dude that fox is stunning. I love everything but the pony on the back. That's not a factory color is it? Looks true blue.

Good looking car, lowering springs and about 95% less badges would make a huge improvement IMHO though but to each their own

Nice GT. The quads on my 91 almost rub the 245's I have on the back as well. Which is weird since it really isn't a very big tire.

Thanks! And it is the factory ford dark shadow metallic blue, just a tad bit darker with some more metallic lol

Overly badged & gauged IMO. But good looking fox.

Thanks also! And agree. I put some of the badges on back when i got it and probably half a year after that i started to not like the looks of them any more but i don't want to mess with taking them off lol. The tach on the dash was from a previous owner and i HATE it! But its better then looking at the screw whole that will be there if i remove it. And the stickers on the back window are coming off soon also

Yea i really wanted to go with at least a 255 or a 275 but the first time i looked at the quad and couldn't fit my fingers between it and the 245 tire i said forget it.

Nope, passenger side turn down is in fact facing down just like the driver side one. And that leak i noticed a month ago, need to fix it pretty soon.

Your '88 GT looks really nice overall. The engine bay is a lot cleaner than I expected it to be for an '88. Good looking car. Enjoy the new rubber.

Looks good man - and as others have said, I'd ditch the running pony on the rear and the 5.0 on the dash.

I think it would look better w/out the tach as well, just get some press in plugs like what you'd use on front bumper license plate holes.
